Dance/Movement Therapy can have valuable impacts on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Given the ability of Dance/Movement Therapy to engage and connect non-verbally, this can be a powerful way for individuals with ASD to find connection to themselves and others.

For clients with level 2 and level 3 ASD, Marie-Claire works closely with the family to ensure clear goals and effective communication throughout our time together. It is recommended to engage in a minimum of 6 sessions in close succession (~1-2 weeks between sessions) to begin, in order to establish therapeutic rapport and consistency with the client.

Session Pricing

Child or Adult: 30 minutes - $75

Child or Adult: 45 minutes - $100

Child or Adult: 60 minutes - $130

Case dependent, a parent or caregiver may join the first few sessions to help meet the needs of the client. Timing will be determined based on the client’s developmental capacity to remain engaged for a given period of time.

Each individual with Autism is unique, and therefore each individual connection will have its own unique format.
