Students will be encouraged to better understand body awareness and respect for themselves and their fellow class mates. They will also learn the valuable skill of emotional expression through movement. In a short two sessions, watch your students grow as leaders and become more positive influences in their peer groups! All through the power of dance and movement.

This workshop is ideal for young ones who need an opportunity to get out their wiggles!! We teach the importance of moving your body and listening to your body. Through a variety of activities, from animal games to shaking our bodies freely, we teach students to understand how to find mental focus using body movement and breath as tools. We will have fun, move a lot, and shake away our tension!

Body movement has a huge influence on anxieties, stress, mental clarity and focus. Watch your little ones become more engaged and concentrated after a little bit of wiggling!

This workshop uses free-form dance to help youth focus on confidence, self-respect, and reaching out of their comfort zones to try new things. Through movement and un-structured dance, we will explore how it feels when we let go of judgement, and how much our confidence can grow if we can worry less about what others think.

Moving your body with awareness can be a useful tool in learning a new skill, gaining self-awareness, and feeling good! Mindfulness and awareness are discussed in this workshop, and how we can use our brain to our advantage when tackling difficult tasks! Think of it as a dance party with a message!!
